Site Description: Spring-fed section of Mill Creek just below the Mill Creek Road bridge over Mill Creek. There is a tributary that enters Mill Creek on the south side of the creek just before it flows under the bridge. The site is on the Lugthart property.

Special Information:The banks are partly wooded, but need restoration on the opposite bank, where there is a hay field that does not have a wooded buffer all the way along the creek. This is rural section of the creek, with potential impacts from agriculture, particularly cattle, and failed residential septic systems.
