Site Description: Site is just downstream of the culvert bridge on Old Zebulon Rd. The stream empties out into a pond-like area, that is very deep, before flowing off to the left, towards Elkins creek. Access is just off the road. Stream flows over a riffle area before entering the pond like area. The creek has very sandy/sediment bottom and mostly flows through forested areas.
