Site Description: Long Cane Creek is a small stream tributary of the Chattahoochee River entering it at West Point, GA. At our monitoring site it is very small and fluctuates greatly in size depending on rain and runoff.

Special Information:Long Cane Creek at this site provides the back boundary of an organic farm and pastures containing cattle and sheep.
