Site Description: This is at the outflow spillway of Bishop Lake. East Side Drive crosses through the spillway. The sample point will be in the spillway on the upstream side of East Side Drive. If the Lake level is below the spillway, the sample point will be in the Lake, at the edge of the spillway. The Lake is lowered from Jan. 1 - Feb. 15 every 2 years. During those periods, the sample point will be the outflow of the drain culvert, on the East side of East Side Drive.
