Site Description: Sampling site for chemical analysis is the dock at the UGS Marine Extension Service, Brunswick Station, in the East River, just upstream from the Turtle River, which empties into the Saint Simons Sound. This site is downstream on the outgoing tide from the City of Brunswick Academy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant and GP Cellulose fluff pulp mill.
